We all know we should take care of our bodies, but its hard to determine what exactly we should be doing, or how often we should do it. With iMobilizeMe, you can ensure that you maintain proper mobility throughout your entire body in just 5 minutes per day.

iMobilizeMe provides a list of techniques based on the theories of Crossfit enthusiast and physical therapist, Dr. Kelly Starrett.

There are detailed instructions as well as links to videos to help you perform each technique correctly, and a built-in timer to keep you on track. In addition, you can set a reminder to help you remember to mob daily. When you hit the complete button, a checkmark appears on the right side for the mob to signify that it has been completed. Once all of the mobs on the list are complete, they will automatically reset to their uncompleted state with no checkmark.
